Experience frame drop when trying to capture 4K video content with Live Gamer 4K (GC573), what to do?

It’s possible that even though your platform fully meets our Live Gamer 4K (GC573) requirements due to motherboard’s PCI-E slot bandwidth planning frame drop will be generated when trying to record 4K P60 content under certain settings. In this case you can try followings:

1. Instead of using P010, RGB24 formats try NV12 or YUV (refer to RECentral 4 settings)

2. switch Live Gamer 4K (GC573) on another PCI-E slot

3. install the card on another PC environment.
